SRS Profile is designed specifically for helping the funeral director gather information during the arrangement process.

SRS understands the critical nature of the arrangement interaction, and through suggestions from respected and successful clients, SRS has developed Profile as an aid to establishing a comfortable rapport with the family. Profile utilizes pleasant, calming background photographs displayed behind the data fields, creating an inviting look to the presentation which can also help to involve the family.

Porfile works with the exact same database as PROCession so that information entered into Porfile is immediately available to the back-office staff using PROCession. Porfile can be used as a stand-alone application on a laptop outside of the funeral home or in the arrangement conference on a wide-screen monitor. The family has the opportunity to become involved in the arrangement data gathering process and immediately view documents, such as the obituary, for their approval.
