Sarah Parker earned her dual BS BA from Point Park University in Business Management & Marketing and Fine Arts. The focus of her experience lies in both software & technology sales and education. Sarah works with funeral directors nation wide and in Australia to best meet their software and business needs. Her detailed approach to working with clients is built on a foundation of understanding, defining, and executing on satisfaction of their goals. In addition to managing relationships and partnerships with other vendors to enhance SRS clients' overall experience, she continues to facilitate close communication between SRS and their clients allowing for continued growth in their custom software offerings. Sarah is certified in numerous states for the presentation of CE credit material and has spoken on behalf of state and national associations in regards to technology & software and the benefits that business can attain through education and use of integrated technology products.

Laura Smith acts as a Regional Sales Representative at SRS Computing in San Diego, California. She earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University in New York City. Laura has previous experience in internet marketing and in the sports and entertainment industry as a sales and marketing consultant. She joined SRS Computing in September of 2006. Laura attends state and national funeral conventions as well as meeting personally with funeral directors.
