Matt Dugas acts as a Sales Manager at SRS Computing in Pittsburgh, PA. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA. He worked at South Fayette High School for 2 years as their technology assistant prior to joining SRS. Matt spent 8 years with Pepsi as a merchandiser and joined SRS Computing in August of 2009. He attends and has spoken at state and national funeral conventions and meets personally with funeral directors. His various backgrounds and knowledge make him an asset to this company. Matt also works on the SRS Blog (http://srscomputing.blogspot.com/ ) and twitter feed https://twitter.com/#!/SRSComputing which keeps our customers informed of new features, conventions, and company updates. He is newly married and he and his wife Kate live just outside of Pittsburgh. Matt plays ice hockey a few nights a week and loves wakeboarding and being out on the water when summer hits.

Chelsea Stragand acts as the Senior Account Manager at SRS Computing. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Charleston in Charleston, WV. She worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for 5 years where she earned several national and regional awards. She then went on to be a sales consultant for 2 years before joining the SRS team. Her experience and personality make her a great asset to the company. She is from southern West Virginia but now resides locally in Wexford with her husband Jeremy and two children Dalton and Brenna. She plays softball and loves outdoor sports, and cooking.
Ryan Eckenrode

Ryan Eckenrode acts as the Account Manager at SRS Computing. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Point Park University in downtown Pittsburgh. After taking graduate courses in Business Risk Management through Carnegie Mellon University and Harleysville Insurance, he worked as a Commercial Insurance Agent and Workers Compensation specialist for 4 years before joining the SRS team. His knowledge in sales along with his personality, make for a great asset to the company. He is from Pittsburgh and resides downtown. Ryan also plays baseball and basketball and really enjoys outdoor activities.
